Where your support goes

Since 1999, the AISB Scholarship Program has given over 50 local students full access to an IB education they could not otherwise afford. Scholarships are awarded to students entering Grade 9 and funded through to graduation. The annual Gala is the main fundraising event for the program. Your attendance helps fund the next cohort.

Students, teachers, and parents initiate service projects throughout the year. Donations support these directly, from local community partnerships to international expeditions tied to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Funds also support campus improvements – like the 2017 ELC building and the Design Center – that tuition alone does not cover. The Board and Director determine priorities based on the school’s strategic plan.

Ways to give

  • Make a donation, one-time or recurring. Contact the Admissions and Communications Office.
  • Attend the Gala, the school’s annual evening event that raises funds for scholarships.
  • Corporate sponsorship, businesses can support AISB through sponsorship, advertising, or event partnership.
  • Gifts and bequests, from individuals, institutions, trusts, and estates.
  • Volunteer your time, International Day, productions, Sports Day, and the Terry Fox Run all depend on parent volunteers.

Every year, the AISB community comes together for the Charity Gala, our signature fundraising event and one of the most anticipated evenings on the school calendar. Featuring live and silent auctions, a raffle, and live entertainment, the Gala raises vital funds for the AISB Scholarship Program, which has supported over 50 students since 1999.
