School Director
Rachel Caldwell is AISB’s School Director. She has over 30 years of experience in international education, across eight countries.
What drew Rachel here was a school that puts learning, belonging, and community at the center of everything it does.
Board of Trustees
AISB is a not-for-profit, governed by a Board of Trustees with nine voting members drawn from current and former parents. The chair is appointed by the US Ambassador. The Board oversees strategic direction, budget, and policy. Day-to-day operations are led by the Director and the Leadership Team.
