About Viktor
Viktor Novakovski has been a teacher, assistant principal, principal, assistant director and director since 1999. He has taught Economics and Psychology, founded speech and debate models, coached sports and mentored service activities.
He has an EdM in Educational Leadership, Policy and Politics, and an MA in Private School Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University. He was selected by the US State Department as a Ron Brown fellow in the field of Education. He has written educational columns, and acted in the capacity of Advisor for education to the prime minister of North Macedonia.
He loves reading, music, travel, all sports and personal fitness endeavors. He loves his wife and two sons who attend AISB, and he cares deeply for helping students succeed.
