About Jane

Jane Cooper is originally from the North of England. Prior to working at AISB, Jane had a varied teaching career and was most recently the Elementary Principal of a large PYP Elementary School in Thailand.

Jane is joined at AISB by her husband who works within the Diploma programme at AISB. She is a proud mother to two ‘children’ who, having completed the three programmes of the IB, are now at universities in the UK.

Jane is passionate about ensuring quality learning for all students in order to support them to be at their best academically, socially and ethically. She is a strong advocate for  the holistic education provided by the IB Programme and believes it is a precious gift that we give to our children as they seek out their place in the world.
