The vision of the Information Technology Department is to create a community of "connected and self-directed" learners who are empowered through the use of technology to foster teaching and learning.

Over the last few years the technology infrastructure at AISB has grown in leaps and bounds. AISB offers its learning community a robust campus-wide wired and wireless network with 24/7 access to high speed broadband Internet access allowing access to a wide variety of online resources like Discovery Education, Atomic Learning, BrainPop and many other online databases.

Students and faculty have access to a number of centralized computer labs and mobile wireless laptop carts. In addition every classroom is equipped with a mounted projector and a set of speakers and many classrooms also have smartboards.

The IT department has taken great care to ensure that our community is safe when working online by installing state-of-the-art security appliances and systems.
