One time only; Non-refundable; Included on the first invoice issued for the student
3. TUITION & FEES PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Tuition & fees are payable upon the due date mentioned on the invoice. Payments are accepted in EURO only.

4. CAPITAL ASSESSMENT FEE
The Capital Assessment Fee (CAF) is used primarily to pay the campus construction loan. The CAF for each student is invoiced and payable within 10 days of signing the Enrollment Contract. Payment of the CAF constitutes a non-refundable deposit and guarantees the student(s) a place in school until the full Tuition payment is invoiced and paid.
THE CAPITAL ASSESSMENT FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND IT IS NOT PRO-RATED ACCORDING TO ATTENDANCE.
5. LATE PAYMENT OF TUITION
1.5% penalty per month is applied to overdue payments
Students whose tuition is not been paid in a timely manner may be suspended from attending school at the discretion of the Director.
6. PARTIAL YEAR TUITION
Partial year tuition rates are based on the school's two Fiscal Semesters. For the current school year these are as follows:
1st Semester - August 17, 2009 - January 19, 2010
2nd Semester - January 20, 2010 - June 10, 2010
Students enrolled for less than 17 days of a Fiscal Semester pay a daily rate for that semester.
Students who attend school for 17 days or more of a Fiscal Semester pay the full tuition for that semester.
Refunds are not provided when tuition is paid only to hold a place for a student who then does not attend.
7. INSTALLMENT PLAN
The School offers an installment plan to parents who are paying personally for school fees. If interested, please contact the Business Office.
A 4% service charge is levied for such payments
